These terms govern the coaching services and website operated by Martin Niemiec, trading as Psychology of Alpha ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or applying for a program, you agree to these terms.

Psychology of Alpha provides forex trading mentoring and performance coaching focused on trading psychology, discipline, and execution. Our programs are educational and coaching in nature. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or signals.

All content on this website and delivered during coaching sessions is for educational purposes only. Trading foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Submitting a program application does not guarantee acceptance or a place in a program. We review each application and reserve the right to accept or decline applicants at our discretion. Program details, duration, and pricing are discussed during the intake conversation and confirmed in writing before commencement.

Program fees are invoiced and must be paid in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. We do not process payments through this website; invoices are issued manually.

Program fees are non-refundable once a coaching program has commenced. Cancellations made before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Individual sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as completed.

To benefit from our programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your application
• Attend scheduled sessions and give reasonable notice for cancellations
• Understand that results depend on your own effort and discipline
• Not share, reproduce, or redistribute proprietary coaching materials

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and coaching materials — is the property of Martin Niemiec / Psychology of Alpha and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your participation in our programs, including any trading losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the program in question.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
