  • Trading experience level and self-assessment answers
  • Preferred consultation date and time
  • Any additional message you choose to share

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data exclusively to evaluate your application, schedule and conduct coaching sessions, and communicate with you about our programs. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and providing the services you requested (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Data Retention

We retain your application data for a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After this period, your data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate this website (such as hosting and analytics), under written agreements that require them to protect your data in accordance with the GDPR.
